Sounds like things are going smoothly, right? Wrong.

The UI overwhelmed all the stakeholders.
We had a bunch of design review cycles and got feedback
Yeah, it’s nice having everything in one place, but this thing’s got a steep learning curve — and honestly, we don’t have time to sit around figuring it out.

So, we took a different approach. Presenting information is essential, but it doesn’t have to dominate the interface. Instead of displaying it upfront, we chose to show it more subtly, keeping the focus on the primary task.
2. Creating a Whitespace-Heavy Minimal UI
Here, we solved the 2 major problems:
A. Intrusive experience
B. Unclear visual hierarchy

3. Whitespace optimization for focus tasks
Since we maintained consistent whitespace throughout, we created more room for large tasks like audio transcripts, which demands focus and team collaboration.
High recall is also crucial. We minimized the user’s memory load by keeping elements, actions, and options clearly visible.

Designed for Detection.
A purposeful use of white space for clear focus.
This design uses ample white space to reduce distractions and cognitive overload. Clear visual hierarchy and improved information architecture guide users smoothly, creating an uncluttered layout that enhances scanability and decision-making.

A mic that transforms audio into insight.
Turning the mic head activates real-time audio capture. Each recording is transcribed and segmented into sections, complete with emotional tone mapping, contradiction detection, and concise summaries. Designed to support fast analysis and confident decision-making.

Emotional Mapping. Audio sections are analyzed to detect tones like anxiety or confidence — providing valuable context that helps interpret their statements beyond just words.

Contradiction. This feature flags inconsistencies by comparing audio statements with existing case data, highlighting contradictions that may require closer scrutiny or verification.

Related Files. Based on detected contradictions, the system recommends relevant files—videos, transcripts, or reports—saving time by directing attention to the most pertinent evidence.
AI-Enhanced Calendar.
Choose a format, type freely and let AI handles the rest. Case notes are converted into structured, courtroom-ready reports with selectable AI templates, ensuring consistency, clarity, and speed without manual effort.
