The device operates on a rechargeable battery with low-power efficiency, and users can set custom thresholds to optimize performance. With data security, this system promotes water conservation, cost savings, and is scalable for expanding smart building applications.

The moment of truth:

How my solution delivered results.

Drawing from the insights in The Right It by Alberto Savoia, I replicated the app's functionality to gauge real-world engagement. My objective was to determine whether this method could effectively address user and customer pain points. This proactive approach ensured we were targeting the right problem before production, ultimately saving time, money, and effort.


I conducted a usability evaluation with 15 participants from eight countries, yielding valuable insights into their experiences and needs.
